Alicia Malone

Alicia went through the FilmStruck selection process in the year 2015. Robert Osborne and Ben Mankiewicz's introductions were recorded by Malone in order to practice speaking them out loud to the camera prior to her TCM broadcast hosting audition. After being interviewed in the race for a Turner Classic Movies host position in 2017, TCM offered her a job after the audition. Malone has discussed the difficulties that women face in the film industry through two separate TEDx talk.
